Terms of delivery
Online shop Kaisa Turtiainen (business ID FI21510608) sells it’s products to private persons that have reached the legal age of 18 years old. Please contact us via e-mail if you are a company or a re-seller for more information. All product prices include VAT 24%. We reserve the right to change our prices for products and delivery. If something is wrongly priced we reserve the right to not sell the product. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (force major) we are not to be held accountable for any complications.
When ordering fabrics the minimum order is 50cm. Other products in the online shop do not have a minimum order limit. You can order the products from the online shop by adding them to your cart and paying them via check out service. When ordering you are expected to have read through our terms of delivery. When your order has been sent you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. If for some reason you do not receive an order confirmation please contact us and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. If a product is out of stock we will immediately contact you.
If you wish to make your online shopping experience easier, you can create an account. This creates an easy access for your information and you can view all of your previous orders. You can also order without creating an account.
Our fabrics are made for private use, however entrepreneurs can make custom made unique pieces from them. If you are interested in using our fabrics more in your business, please contact us. Kaisa Turtiainen also designs new prints and other products specially made for businesses. The photos of our fabrics and other products may vary slightly due to the product batch and settings of the device you are using. The width of the fabrics may also vary due to the batch. We are more than happy to send out fabric samples to you so you can check the colour and quality of the fabric.
Delivery to Finland
Delivery via post package is 5,90 € for all orders under 50 €. We offer free delivery for orders over 50 €. You can also pick-up your order from our boutique free of charge. At the moment we are not delivering orders by standard mail since we cannot track the orders.
We ship to Åland, Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Belgium and Netherlands. The delivery fee is 12,90 €. We offer free delivery for orders over 200 €. You can also order to other countries. The delivery fee will be determined by the country and the size of the package. If you wish to order from us to countries other than listed above, please contact us via e-mail to get more information about the delivery options and fees.
We are using Klarna AB for our payments. When paying via Klarna in Finland, you can choose to pay by online banking, credit card payment or by bill. Foreing countries you can use credit card payment. When entering your social security number the system automatically chooses billing as the payment method. If you wish to pay by online banking or by credit card you don’t need to enter your social security number. After entering your social security number you can change your payment method.

All of our products have a 14-day right of return under the Consumer Protection Act from the day you’ve received your order. The product is expected to be in its original condition since it will be put back on sale. Our return policy does not include fabrics that have been cut to a custom measurement and have no flaws in them. Refunds only include unwashed, uncut fabrics and fabrics that have not been sewed. When washing your fabrics please read the care label and washing instructions before washing the fabric. Please ask for more instructions and help from us via e-mail.
Products with custom measurements or unique pieces other than the current collection are not included in our return policy. The customer is responsible for the exchange and return costs of the product. If there is a clear fault in an unused product, we will pay the cost of return. Please always contact us about returns, exchanges and faulty items via e-mail first.
We would like to remind our customers that an order not picked up is not an order cancellation. For non-collected packages, we charge shipping and return costs. If the product has been lost or damaged in transit, please notify us and the Post Office/Posti. We’ll do our best to get the package to you and if needed we’ll make a complaint to Posti.

Products made to order
Some of our products sizes are only made to order. If a product has this option available it is noted in the product information. Delivery takes around 1- 2 weeks. You can ask us more information about the delivery time via e-mail. Unfortunately we do not offer return or exchange to the products that are made to order.
It is possible to get the clothing from our collections customised if we still have the fabric you wish for in stock. Products that are made to order are priced on a case-by-case basis.
We can also design something completely new for you! Listening to your wishes we can make the world's most wonderful, colourful wedding dresses and other formal wear.
